Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.- Work with the team to troubleshoot and refine existing solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.- Maintain and update technical documentation related to implemented solutions.- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, applying them to enhance solutions where applicable.

Skills Required *

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on implementation.- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and modern JavaScript.- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.- Solid understanding of Salesforce’s declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.- Ability to interpret and implement business requirements into technical solutions.- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governance limits and security.- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce’s object model. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.

Skills Desired

- Experience working in an agile development environment.- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.- Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.- Exposure to advanced Salesforce features like Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
