About the Role

The Plumlogix Solution Engineering team is responsible for supporting State and Local, Small and Medium Business customers in North America and Canada regions. As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer/Presales Engineer, you will be the key person to own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. A deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and top-notch people skills are required to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain their trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and development: Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.">
  • Direct customer engagements: You will work on business opportunities, from discovery to tailored demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions. Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer questions and concerns. Work closely with account executives involved in those accounts.">
  • One-to-many customer sessions: Share thought leadership and solution knowledge by running live customer sessions such as webinars and customer workshops to drive solution awareness.">
  • Internal education: Share your expertise internally by running enablement sessions and holding office hours.">
  • Asset creation: Create highly relevant and reusable assets such as videos, holodecks, demo environments.">

A great Salesforce Presales Solutions Engineer/Architect is seen as a trusted advisor, focusing on the following key areas:

1. Discovery: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to understand how to make organizations successful and address pain points in their current efforts.

2. Design & Deliver: Design innovative solutions that connect business requirements with Salesforce products and deliver presentations, demonstrations, workshops, or white-boarding sessions that engage a business/technical audience.

Salary Estimate

">

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior Experience with Salesforce - customization, automation, user experience/customer experience design">
  • Salesforce Certifications (E.g., Admin, Developer, Trailhead badges etc)">
  • Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem, SaaS solutions and related applications, relational databases, and web technology">
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, storyteller, and interpersonal communication skills">
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and adaptable mindset">
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs">
