We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operation Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture:   Develop and architect end-to-end solutions for ITOM  / ITAM processes, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.  Design and architecture of ITAM solutions, focusing on modules like HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and the CMDB.  Implementation & Configuration :  Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware, Software, and Cloud Asset Management.  Technical Implementation:   Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules, MID Servers, probes, sensors, and patterns.  Integration:   Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise monitoring tools, cloud services, and third-party systems.  Requirement Analysis:   Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable, strategic ITOM solutions aligned with business objectives.  Best Practices & Governance:   Ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and architectural guidelines.  Mentorship & Leadership:   Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams.  Documentation & Standards:   Create architectural blueprints, design documents, and reusable components to standardize and improve delivery efficiency.  Continuous Improvement:   Perform regular reviews of the environment, staying current with the latest ServiceNow features to recommend improvements.  Key Skills & Qualifications ServiceNow Expertise:   Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).  Platform Design:   Ability to architect solutions using the Cloud Management, Orchestration, and CMDB (CSDM) frameworks.  Technical Proficiency:   Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.  Cloud & Infrastructure:   Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures and discovery in these environments.  ITIL Knowledge:   A strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within an enterprise environment.  Problem-Solving & Communication:   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.  Certifications:   ServiceNow certifications in ITOM or CMDB are often required or preferred.
