**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow platform from the ground up
- Plan and execute **data migration** from existing ITSM platforms to ServiceNow
- Design and configure **identity modules** for secure integrations across enterprise systems
- Build and optimize **workflows** to match and improve current business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with ITIL/ITSM best practices
- Provide guidance to developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices
- Conduct testing, validation, and training to ensure successful adoption

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a **ServiceNow Architect** or Senior Consultant, with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- Strong expertise in **ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, and integrations**:

- Hands-on experience with **data migration** from other ITSM solutions
- Familiarity with **identity and access management (IAM) modules**:

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
- Experience with **similar ITSM platforms** (e.g., BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Freshservice) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

**Nice to Have**
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, or Architect-level)
- Experience with HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules
- Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
