As a Senior HR , you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by recruitment . You will be responsible for spearheading recruitment efforts primarily for our Sales departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in HR management, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of a B2C/D2C business model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for Sales and Operations positions, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organisation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support business growth.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance candidate engagement, satisfaction through effective communication
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
  • Good understanding and exposure to Campus recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Sr HR or similar role, preferably in a B2C/D2C company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, particularly for Sales and Operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to HR management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon
  • The successful candidate must be able to start within 30 days of accepting the offer.
