Job Description

Manage a spectrum of clients from Global and Domestic Industrial Sector clients spread across - Heavu Engineering, Automotive, Construction, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Energy and others. Cross leveraging with other practice areas within the organisation and work toward building a strong brand within the client community Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the assignment Partner with senior stakeholders within client organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements Become a reference in your market while having optimistic business development objectives Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches Execute mid to senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team Ability to build, develop and manage a team of consultants for seamless execution. Focus on people development and groom them to grow onto the next level

Stellar Academics with a background in technical education and a post graduation qualification Proven experience in a target based quota oriented role. Be proactive and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment Number driven and highly P&L/revenues focused individual Come with high process orientation with a strong focus on execution skills Think on the feet and come up with innovative solutions Have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple variables, stakeholders and targets Have strong people engagement skills and ability to build business relationships with senior stakeholders Be unafraid to step or immerse themselves into the unknown Be a self-starter who can thrive without constant supervision and direction Have an eye for detail and the passion for a service-oriented business
