Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Intelligence Manager located in New Delhi. We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile manager to work directly with the founder. This role is crucial in supporting the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analytics, business development, planning, strategy and co-ordination, ensuring seamless execution of various projects and initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:



Data Analytics:

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business strategies and operations.

Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the founder in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Proposals and Documentation:

  • Draft, review, and refine business proposals and other documentation.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, professional, and align with the company’s objectives.

Meetings and Communication:

  • Organize and participate in internal and external meetings.
  • Document meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely completion.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, business development, and project management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainable energy and the EV industry is a plus.
  • Experience with similar profile and work needed for 2 to 3 years
