In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and up to 5 years of experience in business intelligence or related fields.Responsibilities:Collect data from the business systems (transactional and other data) and generate weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis for presentation to senior management.

Conduct updates and maintenance for reliability.

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with sales, ops, product, and tech teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goals.

Provide analytical feedback for new product development and operational process optimization.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

Identify areas for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of data reporting.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Connect with various external payment partners for data reconciliation

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Up to 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Excel

Experience with tools such as Quick Sight

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. experience with other programming languages such as Python or R is preferred. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, database design principles, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Whole systems thinking, understanding enterprise business systems interconnections, and prioritizing customer and user needs.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

Highly skilled in handling and processing large data in excel/google sheet using the data functions.

Excel specific proficiency- VBA is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
