The primary responsibility of this role is to lead our efforts in improving our data culture by centralizing and optimizing data collection processes across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and engineering principles, with demonstrated experience in integrating data from diverse sources into a single, cohesive data source.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement data architecture strategies to centralize and optimize data collection processes from platforms including Mixpanel, Stripe, HubSpot, and our internal platforms.Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure the efficient and reliable transfer of data from source systems to our centralized data repository.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data solutions that meet business needs.Evaluate and implement Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Hevo and Segment to streamline data collection and analysis processes.Implement dashboards and fulfill analytics requirements to drive data-driven product decisions.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data architecture and engineering.
