Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Executive for our flagship brand, Sixam Glow . Join our vibrant Marketing team and contribute to the growth and success of our brand. If you have 1-3 years of experience in marketing and a passion for beauty and wellness, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative marketing strategies for Sixam Glow.
  • Manage advertising and communication campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, TV, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive ventures.
  • Initiate surveys to understand customer needs and loyalty.
  • Create engaging content for brochures, press releases, and web materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and publishers for promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance using various metrics and prepare detailed reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to marketing initiatives.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., Web Trends).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
