Title:

Business Assistant to Chairman (Sales & Marketing to PSU Companies / Government)

Overview:Seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to support the Chairman in managing sales & marketing initiatives and overseeing tender processes. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales & marketing to PSU companies and be well conversant in tender procedures.

Responsibilities:1. Sales & Marketing Support:Assist the Chairman in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.Prepare sales presentations, proposals, critical draft letters and other marketing materials.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective customer engagement and relationship management.Track sales performance to achieve the targeted sales figure and provide regular reports to the Chairman.2. Tender Management:Identify and track suitable tender opportunities that align with company objectives.Prepare tender documents, including technical proposals and financial bids.Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure Ɵmelysubmission of tenders.Manage favourable terms with clients to incorporate in the tenderMaintain a comprehensive record of tender activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:Engineer with MBA (Finance)Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketingStrong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in a specific industry or market segment.Knowledge of tendering procedures and regulations.Ready to travel as per requirement
