Job PurposeThis position is primarily responsible for the technical performance and implementation of all Dynamics 365 (FinOps) applications and associated integrations. The incumbent will lead or assist in the design, development, monitoring, and introduction of projects for existing and new implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, development, and implementation of DMS projects and using Rapid prototype/Pilot/POC approachThe ability to make decisions on product features and functionality changes based on product capabilities, performance parameters, and alignment to the product roadmap.Requires in-depth technical product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics FinOps along with sound technical design principles, and strong insights on system performanceWork with the development and testing teams to ensure that product development and performance is in line with the optimal parametersEvaluating different solutions and designs for product development areas in sync with Royal Enfield’s IT applicationResponsible for Application Performance: reviewing the system health and performance parameters and follow through on action pointsResponsible for working with teams or individually in identifying root causes and evaluating paths for permanent resolutionsContribute to the Requirement Analysis and Testing stages of the project with both internal and partner teamsLead Proof of Concept, technical design review, code reviews initiativesWork with business and functional teams and distill down the product requirements into system capabilities that need to be built or enhancedContribute to feasibility assessment of business requirements and technical validationInteract with 3rd party in the market for benchmarking / solutionsEngage with teams both internal and external to Royal Enfield to arrive at the optimal solution in the right direction in a timely mannerKeep abreast with the technology trends mainly in the Microsoft Dynamics FinOps platform in the particular domain and keen to experiment with the latest technologiesAbility to analyze and lead various Technology to provide a technical workable solutionDelivering proof of concepts and reference implementationsBe a quick learner understanding complex systems and ability to expand to new domainsExperience of working with Agile methodology environment is preferredAbility to deliver concrete results with speed and strong collaboration skills

Work ExperienceEducationBachelor of Engineering / Master of Business Administration (Systems / IT)Microsoft D365 F&O certification program or related certification.

Experience4-7 years relevant industry experience designing applications, products and servicesExperience in managing sizable projects in MS Dynamics / Dynamics 365, ERP Systems (SAP, PoS Systems) in the last 3-4 years
