The primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and fostering long-term, productive relationships. To work closely with clients to understand their training needs, coordinate with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
· Act as a liaison between corporate Employer and our Clients to ensure a smooth and efficient placement process
· Proactively identify opportunities for expanding existing client relationships and securing new corporate partnerships
· Also must be adept at understanding the requirement given by the training department and coordinate with freelance trainers periodically
· Willingness to undertake travel as and when required for job responsibilities and business needs.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the training or education sector.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
· Proactive and results-driven with a commitment to client satisfaction
