Key Purpose for the Job

 

Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for generating sales leads through inbound communication like calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, form fills and through outbound communication like cold calls. Leads are managed through a CRM software and relevant reports have to be generated

 

Key Responsibilities

 • Generate leads through interactions with end customer. The end customers has to be educated about the products and services and finally interest is recorded in CRM

• Connect with channel partners and sales team to follow up on leads

• Manage the leads and information through CRM and other Softwares. Regular MIS reporting

 

Key Requirements

 • Graduate in any discipline

• Experience of around 1 to 2 years in customer service/ telesales preferred.

• Should possess excellent communication and convincing skills. Should be well spoken in Hindi and English languages

• Should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office
