Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Elitefit x Dubai Dates Nutrition in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management activities. The role involves fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through memberships and services.

• Proactively identify and approach potential clients to grow the studio’s customer base.

2. Lead Management:

• Handle inquiries from prospective members via calls, emails, and walk-ins.

• Convert leads into memberships through effective pitching and relationship building.

3. Client Relationship Building:

• Build long-term relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.

• Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ fitness needs and recommend suitable packages.

4. Business Development:

• Identify and develop partnerships with corporate clients, residential societies, and local businesses.

• Organize and participate in local fitness events, expos, and workshops to increase brand visibility.

5. Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and offers.

• Provide input for social media content based on client insights and trends.

6. Reporting & Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.

• Ability to build relationships and offer exceptional client service.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
