About the Role:
Namochetana India Pvt. Ltd. (NMC) is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth in both the IT and non-IT staffing sectors . This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and offering tailored staffing solutions to meet their recruitment needs. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the success of our staffing consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends in the IT and non-IT staffing markets .
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients across sectors such as IT, BPO, Manufacturing, E-commerce , and more.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR heads and CXOs, to understand their staffing needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to client meetings, proposal development, and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
Develop business development plans to meet revenue targets and client acquisition goals.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and value-added services.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 -6 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the staffing or manpower consultancy industry , covering both IT and non-IT sectors .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, especially in high-volume recruitment across multiple industries.
Strong understanding of staffing market dynamics in India and the challenges faced by companies in both IT and non-IT sectors .
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with experience in solution-oriented sales .
Proficient in CRM tools and sales methodologies to manage client information and activities.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
