  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and partners
  • Resolveescalated customer issues in a professional and efficientmanner
  • Lead by example demonstrating strongwork ethic and professionalism
  • Identifyopportunities for business growth andexpansion
  • Optimize agency operations to enhanceproductivity
  • Stay updated on industry trendsand market changes
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in a leadership rolewithin the insurance or financial servicesindustry
  • Demonstrated success in driving salesand meeting targets
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities
  • Ability to effectivelymanage and motivate a team
  • Indepthunderstanding of insurance products andregulations
  • Proficiency in CRM and salesmanagement software
  • Professional certificationin insurance or relevant field (e.g. CII CIS orequivalent)
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedand dynamicenvironment
