Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Benison Event Co in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and creating sales plans to achieve targets.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate clients, private events, and industry partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and event industry stakeholders to generate consistent business.
Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Market Research & Strategy Development
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the event planning industry.
Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing services, and identify niche event categories.
Continuously assess the company's business model and suggest improvements to stay competitive.
Proposal Development & Pitching
Collaborate with the event design and management teams to create compelling, customized proposals for prospective clients.
Lead presentations and pitches to secure high-value contracts for corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions.
Networking & Partnership Development
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Benison Event Co. and establish new partnerships.
Cultivate strong relationships with key industry players such as venues, vendors, and suppliers to enhance service offerings.
Sales Pipeline Management
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to contract closure.

Brand Promotion & Marketing Collaboration
