The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and driving growth for our organisation. If you have a strong sales and business aen excellent communication ss and a track record of achieving targets.
Job Responsibilities:Market Research: and nbsp;Identify and yse market trends competitors and potential opportunities for growth.Client Acquisition: and nbsp;Build and maintain relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Sales Strategy: and nbsp;Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.Proposal Development: and nbsp;Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products or services to clients.Negotiation: and nbsp;Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring favorable terms for all parties.Account Management: and nbsp;Manage and nurture client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Reporting: and nbsp;Provide regular reports on sales activities progress and challenges to the management team.
Requirements and nbsp;:Proven experience in business development sales or a related role.Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
