Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager – Sales (NEXA Automobiles)

Location: NAGPUR

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Automobile Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our NEXA Automobile sales team. The SRM will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction aligned with the premium standards of NEXA.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for NEXA vehicles.

· Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closure.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

· Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.

· Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain key features/benefits.

· Generate referrals and repeat business through proactive engagement.

· Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and follow up on leads promptly.

· Coordinate with internal teams (finance, insurance, accessories, service) to provide seamless customer solutions.

· Stay updated on competitor products, offers, and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
