Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in manual and automation

testing. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in performance testing, solid SQL skills, and

hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman. Exposure to industrial automation

systems, DevOps practices, and mobile automation testing will be strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and backend

systems.

  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.

  • Perform API testing (functional, regression, security) using tools like Postman, Newman, or similar.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, test data preparation, and backend verification.

  • Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.) for regression

and functional testing.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality releases.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs/defects, and drive them to closure.

  • Contribute to test strategy, planning, and documentation.

  • Participate in CI/CD integration of automated test suites.

  • Stay updated with latest QA tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of QA experience across manual and automation testing.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent)

  • Solid SQL skills for writing complex queries and validating large datasets.

  • Hands-on experience in API testing (Postman, Newman, RestAssured, or similar).

  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices.

  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).

  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience in industrial automation or IoT system testing

  • Knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems

  • Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes)

  • Hands-on experience with mobile application automation testing (Android/iOS)

  • Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Scripting/programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
