Our current client, full-service direct response advertising agency specializing in digital marketing, media buying, and AdTech solutions to drive high-performing campaigns. We are seeking 2 experienced Digital Lead Generation Specialists with a proven track record of running large-scale D2C campaigns and working with well-known companies within the insurance, legal, and financial services industries. The ideal candidate will have experience targeting individual consumers with a proven track record of optimizing ROI and delivering high-quality leads .


Location: Ukraine, India, Pakistan


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute D2C lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other PPC platforms;

Create and optimize paid media campaigns to drive inbound leads directly from consumers.

Scale campaigns with monthly budgets $300,000+ while maintaining ROI;

Implement call tracking (CallRail, Invoca) and click-to-call campaigns to capture inbound phone leads;

Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize conversion rates and lower cost per lead (CPL);

Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPL, ROI, CTR, Conversion Rate) using Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio , and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce ).


Requirements:


• 6+ years of experience in D2C lead generation using social media and PPC platforms is a must;

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a must;

• Proven success managing large-scale campaigns with monthly budgets of $300,000+ is a must;

• Experience working with well-known brands in insurance, financial services, home services, legal, and product is a must;

• Hands-on experience with call tracking tools;

• Ability to analyze KPIs (CPL, ROI, CTR, conversion rate) and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals;

• Experience with landing page CRO and A/B testing .
