We’re looking for a  Training Program Coordinator  to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Baner, Pune, and we work five days a week from the office.


What You’ll Do:

As a Training Program Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our training programs run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing all the materials for our programs, such as printing, assembling, and filing handouts; assembling kits for workshop games and simulations. 
  • Coordinating with vendors for procuring logistical material. 
  • Managing stock for training materials
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Keeping track of program data and maintaining our records.
  • Helping our subject matter experts (SMEs) with logistics to ensure everything goes as planned.
  • Supporting the team by analyzing data and preparing reports.
  • Creating and organizing documents for all learning programs.

  • A team player  who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and process-oriented , with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and MS Word.
  • Proactive and good at anticipating what’s needed next.
  • Great at communication and building strong relationships.


Who Can Apply?

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in coordination or logistics.
  • Experience in HR or Learning & Development (L&D) is a plus but not necessary.
  • Based in Pune and ready to work from our office in Baner.
