A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Experience: Overall 8 to 10 years of Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within the IT services industry. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps. Skills and Competencies: Understanding of DW portfolio Frontline Services End user compute Unified Endpoint Management M365 Service Portfolio Experience Management Digital Transformation Tools and technologies Strong understanding of software development and web technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, SaaS, and IT infrastructure. Exceptional Presentation, proposal and SOW creation skills. Other Requirements: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong customer focus and a keen sense of business opportunities. Willingness to travel as needed. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
