Job DescriptionEn tant que responsable de l'équipe de support informatique (Service Desk et Field Service), vous veillez au bon fonctionnement, à l'organisation et au développement de l'équipe. Vous coordonnez le traitement, la priorisation et la résolution des demandes et des incidents. Vous assurez la communication interne concernant les systèmes d'information et analysez les indicateurs clés. Vous développez et optimisez les services, processus et documentations informatiques. Vous participez à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie informatique.Requirements Diplôme universitaire (Uni/ETH, HES, ES)Expérience professionnelle :Minimum 3 ans en tant que gestionnaire du support informatique dans le commerce de détail (de préférence), avec une expérience en gestion d'équipe.Compétences personnelles :Excellentes compétences sociales, capacité à interagir avec tous types d'interlocuteurs.Ouverture d'esprit et orientation service.Résistance au stress et capacité d'adaptation à des rythmes de travail fluctuants.Langues :Français (courant)Allemand (excellentes connaissances)Compétences techniquesConnaissance de ServiceNowCertification ITILBenefits

RequirementsBildung: Études achevées (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Expérience professionnelle: 3 ans minimum en qualité de responsable de support informatique dans la grande distribution, un atout, avec une gestion d’équipe. Excellentes qualités relationnelles, capacité à interagir avec tous types d’interlocuteurs. Ouverture d’esprit et sens du service. Résistance au stress et adaptabilité aux fluctuations de rythmes de travail. Certification ITIL Français (couramment) Allemand (excellentes connaissances)
