OVERVIEW DELLA POSIZIONE
Per far fronte alle nuove sfide e ad un importante obiettivo di rilancio di una delle strutture più strategiche, ricerchiamo un Hotel  Maintenance Manager – Responsabile Manutenzione Hotel che sarà focalizzato sull’implementazione e gestione dei programmi di manutenzione del complesso di Ethra Reserve.
Ethra è costituita da due Hotel 5 stelle, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA e Alborèa Ecolodge Resort , e due resort 4 stelle, Valentino Village e Calanè Village ed ospita una Thalasso SPA di 3500 mq.
SEDE DI LAVORO
La posizione è aperta per il nostro complesso Ethra Reserve, a Castellaneta Marin a, in Puglia.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA
La risorsa, a riporto del Responsabile Manutenzione Centrale, si occuperà di:
  • Gestire l’implementazione dei programmi di manutenzione delle strutture attraverso gestionali dedicati
  • Coordinare la squadra di manutentori, ca. 15/20 pax
  • Gestire gli acquisti del materiale per le manutenzioni
  • Pianificare e supervisionare il completamento tempestivo delle attività per garantire la conformità e gli standard aziendali richiesti e agli obiettivi prestazionali
  • Gestire piani di miglioramento continuo dei servizi di manutenzione evidenziando eventuali criticità e modifiche da adottare
  • Cooperare con lRSPP nelle valutazioni del rischio dei processi e delle attività
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente per garantire la sicurezza e il benessere del personale e degli ospiti
  • Gestire in autonomia i rapporti con fornitori di beni e servizi legati a tutte le attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e adempimenti necessari per il corretto esercizio degli impianti

Requisiti
  • Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo (hotel e resort anche di grandi dimensioni)
  • Buona conoscenza del comparto SPA e piscine
  • Esperienza in gestione di un team tecnico.
  • Spiccate doti di analisi, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
  • Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
  • Capacità di problem solving, unita ad un attitudine positiva e costruttiva
  • Affidabilità, responsabilità e proattività
  • Costante volontà di crescere e misurarsi in un contesto altamente professionale che ambisce a raggiungere i più alti standard di servizio
  • Conoscenza delle normative in termini di Salute e sicurezza in ambienti di lavoro presso strutture hospitality
  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese o di altra lingua oltre l’italiano costituisce titolo preferenziale
