Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer located in Chandigarh. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and sales engineering services, communicating with both customers and the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical proposals, demonstrating product features, addressing technical inquiries, and assisting in the post-sales technical support and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Sales and Customer Service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the justice technology or legal industry is a plus
