Job Summary

Tecknotrove seeks an experienced, dynamic leader to head its Mining and Construction vertical . This role demands a strategic leader who can drive business growth, innovation, and operational excellence while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is the one with strong track record of P&L leadership, business growth, and scaling up operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global P&L responsibility across multiple geographies
  • Achieve a preferred partner status for Tecknotrove with clients in the mining and construction industry

Core Responsibilities:

  • Business Development :  Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to expand global footprint. Develop and execute global business strategy for Mining and Construction, aligning with Tecknotrove vision.
  • P&L Management:  Take full responsibility of P&L, driving profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Reseller Development:  Build and manage reseller channel networks across geographical regions.
  • Client Relationship Management:  Foster long-term strategic relationships with major industry players like with major mining and construction companies, logistics companies contractors, and governmental bodies. 
  • New Product Development :  Collaborate with R&D to drive tailored solutions for Mining and Construction.
  • Operational Excellence:  Ensure efficient operations, supply chain management, and service delivery.
  • Team Leadership:  Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team.
  • Market intelligence & Analysis  : Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities and strategize to achieve business goals
  • Stakeholder Management:  Provide regular updates and MIS to executive leadership and board members on business performance, opportunities and challenges

Essential Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Business Background:  Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Industry Experience:  18-24 years in mining and construction, with 5-7 years in P&L leadership
  • International Experience:  Should have the experience of managing international markets, preferably in MENA and Asia
  • Operational Expertise:  Experience in mining operations and transition to equipment sales and P&L role in the past 5-7 years 
  • Business Growth:  Must have a proven track record of growing and scaling businesses in the mining and construction sector.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:  Must have the ability to operate independently and drive business growth.
  • Integrity:  Should be adaptable, agile, result-oriented, and independent with High levels of integrity and professional work ethics.
