We're looking for friendly sales coach to join our team. You'll help customers turn their travel ideas into real plans. It’s more than just selling flight tickets; it’s about making their travel dreams come true.
We’re looking for a Sales Coach to join our established team of travel advisors who are tele sales executives.
As part of a local and global team, you feel fully supported and engaged with a talented and diverse team of marcomms professionals.

Some of the duties/responsibilities include:
Help customers with their travel needs in an energetic, yet caring way.
Find the best travel options for each person based on their individual requirements.
Actively listen and communicate efficiently for quality sales.
Some of the duties/responsibilities include:
Counsel travel advisors (sales agents) by providing helpful advice for better performance
Onboard and train new travel advisors (sales agents)
Identify individual and sales team training needs
Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies
Design training courses to creatively engage the trainees
Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors
Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team
Maintain updated records of educational curriculum and material
Evaluate sales team member performance after training
Interact with the QA call calibration team and effectively use their feedback
Mine the reasons for good and bad sales performances and take corrective and preventive actions
Prepare data points using excel or visual tools
Requirements For This Role
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role
Experience in travel is preferred
Experience in a sales position is a plus
Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
Problem-solving skills
Additional training certification is a plus
Handson experience in Excel & power point
