As a

Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist , you will leverage over a decade of industry expertise to craft and present advanced technical solutions tailored to HealthTech and Industry 4.0 markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyse client needs, architect innovative solutions, and position the company as a trusted partner for digital transformation.

Ideal Candidate should have: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in technology industry as Solutions Expert cum Pre-Sales Specialist. Preferably managed a team of junior pre-sales executives, with adequate guidance and measurable outcomes. Proven experience in HealthTech and Manufacturing industry particularly focussed on Connected Medical Devices and Industry 4.0 Solutions. Highly Technical with in-depth expertise on Hardware / Embedded / Firmware Engineering, having vast knowledge of Silicon Platforms and Middleware Apps. First-hand experience working Sales Team and Practice Heads to define / to execute / to realize GTM strategy and Revenue goals. History of bringing creative ideas for building in-house solution enablers, which can translate into greater confidence building tools when prospecting. Proven experience in handling Prospect / Customer calls, and when required meeting in-person for technical confidence building exercise. Liaison with Marketing Team to share tech solutions ideas, in-turn providing relevant information for in-trend campaign activities. Bridge between Sales Heads, Practice Heads, Engineering Heads as technical solutions expert, supporting each Revenue / Delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery sessions to identify client challenges and goals, particularly in HealthTech (e.g., smart medical devices, connected remote diagnostics) and Industry 4.0 (e.g., predictive maintenance, industrial IoT including sensorization). Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a technology and domain advisor. Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive, scalable, and secure solutions utilizing IoT, AI/ML, robotics, digital twins, and cloud platforms. Design solutions compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR for healthcare; OPC-UA for Industry 4.0). Address client needs for operational efficiency, interoperability, scalability and sustainability. Pre-Sales Execution: Partner with sales teams to define win strategies and qualify opportunities. Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives that align with client objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling RFP/RFI responses, including detailed solution roadmaps and pricing models. Sales Enablement with Industry Expertise: Pair with Sales team to stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in HealthTech (e.g., telehealth, wearable devices) and Industry 4.0 (e.g., smart manufacturing, edge computing). Leverage domain expertise to differentiate the company's offerings and deliver thought leadership to Sales leaders. Work with Sales to define GTM built on specific technologies and create roadmap to build practice lines around HealthTech and Industry 4.0. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with delivery and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions. Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings and integrate client feedback into development roadmaps. Value Proposition & Differentiation: Clearly articulate ROI, business value, and competitive advantages of solutions during client engagements. Develop reusable assets such as frameworks, case studies, and technical whitepapers to support sales efforts.
