About the Role

ACL Digital is seeking an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to spearhead our efforts in HealthTech and Industry 4.0. As a vital member of our team, you will utilise your technical expertise to create customised solutions for clients and drive business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify client needs, design and propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Engagement & Needs Assessment:
    • - Conduct thorough analysis of client challenges and goals, focusing on HealthTech and Industry 4.0.
    • - Establish strong relationships with senior clients, providing expert guidance on technology and domain matters.
    • Solution Design & Architecture:
    • - Develop comprehensive, scalable, and secure solutions for clients, incorporating IoT, AI/ML, and other cutting-edge technologies.
    • - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, HL7, and FHIR.
    • Pre-Sales Execution:
    • - Collaborate with sales teams to define winning strategies and evaluate opportunities.
    • - Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and PoCs that align with client objectives.
    • Sales Enablement with Industry Expertise:
