Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Sales & Profit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business development activities and growing existing accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for farming and generating new business from aligned clients, understanding the offerings and unique selling proposition (USP) of our company, and building and developing account plans for mining.

Key responsibilities include handling multiple clients simultaneously, including negotiation with large enterprise clients, mapping and building relationships with key customer stakeholders, and handling all operational activities including contractual and invoicing.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for proposal and pre-sales activities, build and maintain an adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets, and deal and account margin management and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working and achieving targets by mining aligned accounts
  • Experience in handling multiple mid-large size firms in this space (~ USD 100M+ revenue sized firms) simultaneously
  • Ability to understand offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects - understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in making proposals, pricing
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations
  • Understand QA process and tools, experience in IT services and product background
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders including recruitment team for fulfilment of opportunity
  • Leadership, working in ambiguity, ability to work independently
  • Problem solver, meticulous and result-oriented
  • MBA in Sales, Marketing
  • Experience in IT services and products industry
