The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition from application to enrollment. You will utilize your expertise in customer relationship management and document verification to provide a superior experience to applicants. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain effective communication and provide exceptional service (Mandatory skill). Experience with visa documentation to guide applicants through complex processes with accuracy and compliance (Mandatory skill). Skilled in document verification to ensure the integrity and authenticity of application materials (Mandatory skill). Adept in using MS Office for creating, editing, and organizing documents and spreadsheets efficiently. Competent in email handling to manage communications professionally and respond promptly to inquiries. Strong documentation skills to accurately prepare, store, and share admission-related materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and foster understanding. Effective telephonic communication skills to engage confidently with potential students and address their concerns. Roles and Responsibilities Guide prospective students through the admission process, providing support from the initial inquiry to enrollment. Manage and verify all documentation required for admission, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines. Coordinate with applicants to complete visa documentation accurately and efficiently. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students by offering consistent communication and updates. Utilize CRM systems to track application statuses and maintain detailed records of all interactions. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed and accurate information. Assist in organizing and participating in admission events and sessions to attract potential students. Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless admission services and resolve any issues that arise.
