**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed information about the school, admission process, fee structure, and academic programs
- Conduct campus tours and orientation sessions for prospective students and parents
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students
- Participate in school events, open houses, and promotional activities to enhance admissions
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement outreach and enrollment strategies
- Address concerns and queries from parents, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or a related field, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving
