Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven
Assistant Area Sales Manager
to join our expanding team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will support the Area Sales Manager in achieving business targets, expanding market reach, and building long-term customer relationships across residential societies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment society committee members, decision-makers, and residents.
- Conduct regular field visits to residential societies for client meetings, presentations, and data collection.
- Educate clients on NoBrokerHood's platform, services, and benefits to promote adoption.
- Assist in onboarding new societies and ensure smooth implementation of NoBrokerHood's solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, and Product) to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and field activity updates.
- Resolve minor client grievances and escalate significant issues when necessary.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or technology solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
