Key Responsibilities : Identify, approach, and onboard new modern trade pharmacies. Promote product portfolio and ensure optimal visibility in retail outlets. Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy staff and decision-makers. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and address challenges. Track sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional activities and campaigns. Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the Pharma, FMCG, or Cosmetics industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Compensation : Take Home Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month. Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance: ₹250/day.
