Job Summary

HR Manager Business Partner should have experience in entire gamut of HR activities right from Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Comp & Ben and Performance Management. Plays a key role in the Organization and drives organizational Initiatives and ensure that it meets the organizational objectives.

Competencieslife-cycle right from resource Management, Position Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Grievance ManagementGuide or educate the respective stake holders about Corporate Communication Design and Dissemination, provide inputs on the desired communication messageKnowledge about the state laws, rules and regulations and sure that all policies and process are compliantWork with business to facilitate Goal setting process and ensure that are aligned with organizational goals and drive Performance Management System (PMS) within the agreed timelineSupport Business for its Organizational Development to increase the effectiveness through planned change in process and systemsCollaborate with business and recommend Employee Engagement and Welfare Initiatives and implement the best practicesStrong knowledge on FAI Policies and Processes; able to handle employee queries with respect to policies and process as appropriate with quick turnaround timeEnsure that HR solutions are aligned with business strategyKnowledge about the statistical tool and analytical skill; able to provide relevant metrics and dashboards to the business to make HR related Business DecisionsFacilitate the training requirement and evaluate the post training effectivenessCollaborate with the stakeholders to plan and drive CSR initiatives

Educational Qualification and Experience:Any Graduate or Post GraduateMBA specialized in HR would be preferableA minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in the similar roleHands on experience in HRMS tools – preferably workday tool
