Overview The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the revenue growth for the organization by leading and managing the sales team. They are responsible for setting and achieving sales goals developing sales strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager also plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesLead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targetsIdentify and develop new business opportunities and market segmentsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersAnalyze sales data to develop sales strategies and identify areas for improvementResponsible for both field work and meeting & office workConduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for the teamProvide ongoing coaching and development for sales staffMonitor the market and competitor activities to identify business threats and opportunitiesManage and allocate sales territories and set targetsPrepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior managementParticipate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team membersCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales strategiesHandle escalated customer issues and resolve conflictsStay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in sales managementRequired qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related fieldProven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar roleDemonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthTechnical Sales experience is plus pointStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSolid understanding of sales performance metricsProficiency in CRM software and sales management toolsAbility to develop and implement sales strategiesGood negotiation and conflict resolution skillsSound decisionmaking and problemsolving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationshipsProven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action plansUnderstanding of market trends and competitor behaviorleadership,sales strategy,negotiation,team management,communication,sales management
