Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for US Voice Process:

Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners

NOTE: Candidate should be into International Customer Service with healthcare experience.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support to our members planning elective surgical or medical procedures. You'll answer inbound calls, respond to emails and chats, and conduct outbound follow-ups to ensure timely and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails/chats within 30 seconds or less

  • Document and communicate information to members

  • Promote SmartShopper products and services

  • Research and analyze issues related to member incentive inquiries

  • Utilize internal databases to run reports and track member information

  • Collaborate with departments to identify trends and develop corrective action plans

  • Correspond with health insurance carriers and member sites of service

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

  • Good communication and active listening skills

  • Basic knowledge of insurance claims and medical coding (CPT, DRGs)
