Performance Marketing Specialist

TechMero, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven paid advertising campaigns to acquire new users for our clients' mobile apps.

Here's what you'll be doing:
Paid Advertising Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Discovery, Display, and Youtube for TechMero's mobile apps.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant terms and target the right audience.
- Craft high-performing ad copy that resonates with target users and drives installs.
- Create, launch, and manage new ad campaigns, optimizing bids, budgets, and targeting settings for maximum impact.
- Conduct A/B tests on various elements of your campaigns (ad copy, landing pages, targeting options) to identify the most effective combinations.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Ads reporting tools and other analytics platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, cost-per-install (CPI), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor campaign budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient spending.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
App Marketing Expertise:
- Collaborate with product owners to understand their specific app goals and target audience.
- Develop a deep understanding of mobile app marketing KPIs (e.g., impressions, clicks, installs, in-app activity) and how they relate to campaign success.
- Analyze app store data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend strategies to enhance the app's user experience and increase user engagement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile and analyze data from various sources (Google Ads, app analytics platforms, etc.) to gain insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Generate clear and concise reports that communicate key findings and recommendations to Product owners.
- Track trends and identify opportunities to improve overall marketing performance.
- Present data and recommendations in a clear and actionable way.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid advertising and mobile app marketing.
- Research and identify new tools and technologies that can improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with other team members (design, development) to ensure a seamless user experience across marketing channels.
- May assist with content creation for marketing initiatives (e.g., blog posts, social media content).
To be successful, you'll need:
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.
- A strong understanding of mobile app marketing KPIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in other paid advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Experience with app analytics tools.
- Copywriting or design skills.
