Telesales Specialist

This is a Full time Telesales specialist job in Vadodara.
Role Description:
As the primary Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers (leads), answering phone calls, and explaining the services offered by the company. You must be comfortable in doing outgoing calls to a large volume of leads. In this role, you will be calling a lot of potential customers, giving them information, understanding what they need, and talking well to help make sales happen. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients and also maintain customer records, answer incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service.

Location : Vadodara (on-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Telesales/Telemarketing/Telecommunication.
Job Type: Full-Time in Vadodara
Shift: Day Job (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a one-hour break)
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Telecommunication
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi is required
Basic Computer Knowledge
