Overview: TheUI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive visuallyappealing and userfriendly interfaces for our digital products.This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and engaging userexperience across ourplatforms.
KeyResponsibilities: Createwireframes storyboards user flows and prototypes to effectivelycommunicate interaction and designideas.Conduct user research and evaluateuser feedback.Collaborate with productmanagement and engineering teams to define and implement innovativesolutions for the product direction visuals andexperience.Execute all visual design stagesfrom concept to final handoff toengineering.Establish and promote designguidelines best practices andstandards.Iterate based on feedback fromstakeholders users and data insights.Designand deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockupsoptimized for a wide range of devices andinterfaces.Maintain uptodate knowledge ofdesign best practices trends andtechnologies.Conduct usability testing andgather feedback.Collaborate with themarketing team to ensure consistent brandrepresentation.Translate concepts into userflows wireframes mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive userexperiences.Identify design problems anddevise elegant solutions.Make strategicdesign and userexperience decisions related to core and newfunctions and features.Take a usercentereddesign approach and rapidly test and iterate yourdesigns.Collaborate with other team membersandstakeholders.
RequiredQualifications: Bachelorsdegree in Design Fine Arts Computer Science or relatedfield.Proven work experience as a UI/UXDesigner or similar role.Portfolio of designprojects reflecting work in UI/UXdesign.Proficient in design tools such asAdobe XD Sketch Illustrator orsimilar.Experience with responsive designand mobile applications.Understanding ofbasic frontend languages: HTML5 CSS3 andJavaScript.Knowledge of usercentered designprinciples and best practices.Excellentvisual design skills with sensitivity to usersysteminteraction.Ability to solve problemscreatively and effectively.Uptodate with thelatest UI trends techniques andtechnologies.Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctional teams.Strong understandingof usability principles and testingmethodologies.Detailoriented and able toprioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.Experience in conducting userresearch and translating insights into designdecisions.Ability to take constructivecriticism and provide rationale for designdecisions.
