Overview:

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Conduct userresearch and usability testing
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understandrequirements
  • Design user interface elementssuch as menus tabs and widgets
  • Translateconcepts into user flows wireframes andmockups
  • Identify and troubleshoot UXproblems
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices
  • Develop UI mockups andprototypes
  • Ensure design consistency acrossplatforms
  • Communicate design ideas andprototypes to developers
  • Iterate on designsbased on feedback
  • Conduct layout adjustmentsbased on user feedback
  • Optimize existing userinterface designs
  • Create original graphicdesigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team forbranding

RequiredQualifications:
  • Provenwork experience as a UI/UX Designer or similarrole
  • Portfolio of designprojects
  • Proficient in design software (e.g.Adobe XD Sketch)
  • Understanding of UI/UX bestpractices
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript isa plus
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
  • Excellent communication and teamworkabilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines whileworking on multiple projects
  • Experienceconducting user research and usabilitytesting
  • Attention to detail and a strong senseof aesthetics
  • Ability to handle constructivecriticism and iterate on designs
  • Understandingof responsive and mobile design
  • Experiencecollaborating with developers
  • Knowledge ofAgile developmentprocesses
