We are looking to hirea UX Designer to be part of our Treziproduct management team based in Noida.JobResponsibilities: Collaborate with productmanagement and engineering to define and implement innovativesolutions for the product direction visuals andexperience. Work with developers team tounderstand information architecture and development issues and makeappropriate design tradeoffs Deliverdetailed user experience & visual designspecifications Execute all visual designstages from concept to final handoff toengineering. Conceptualize original ideasthat bring simplicity and userfriendliness to complex designroadblocks. Create wireframes user flowsprocess flows and site maps to effectively communicate interactionand design ideas. Identify and troubleshootUX problems Establish and promote designguidelines best practices and standards.Conducting design experiments and user study withendusers Maintaining product UX scorecardand monitoring the key metrics forUXDesiredExperience 35 years of industrywork experience in UX driven development including provenexperience with different UX deliverables and the ability to adaptthem to different users projects andconstraints. Researchoriented mindset anddemonstrated end to enduser research for a productmodule/product Apply strategic thinking todesign and deliver innovative endtoend user experiences thatoptimize among user needs business goals and technologicalrealities across the web domain. Abilitiesto understand complex business goals product and technical contentin interaction design and brand strategy in order to createengaging effective and accessible experiences for ourcustomers. Experience in creating wireframesuser flows process flows and site maps. Musthave prior experience in creating UX designs for Web Desktop andMobile Apps (Android & iOS)Experience of creating wireframes for Virtual Reality App for QuestStore will be an advantage Proficiency inPhotoshop Illustrator or other prototyping and wireframingtools. Knowledge of HTML CSS Javascript willbe a big plusExcellent visual design skillswith sensitivity to usersystem interactionAneye for detail and experience in producing clean consistentgraphics for developers. Ability to solveproblems creatively and effectively Up todate with the latest UI trends techniques andtechnologies Ability to work independentlyas well as part of a team. Capable ofgauging the technical feasibility of theprototype. Capable of working directly withcustomers in an iterative/ agile manner to dramatically improve theprototypes in a short time.Should have product thinking. Ideally should be from productcompanies not from a service companybackground.EducationalQualifications: Bachelors to Advanced Degree in Design or relevant certificationfrom a reputed designinstitute
