SmartVizX is the top VirtualReality (VR) startup in India focusing on the development of Trezi, a VR platform tailored for the architecture, engineering, and construction sector. We are on the lookout for a UX Designer to join our dedicated Trezi product management team situated in Noida.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to devise and implement creative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Work with the development team to grasp information architecture and development challenges, and make informed design decisions.
  • Create detailed user experience and visual design specifications.
  • Translate initial concepts into designs that enhance user-friendliness and simplify complex design obstacles.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Identify and resolve UX issues.
  • Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Desired Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in UX-focused development.
  • Strong background in various UX deliverables with the ability to tailor them to different projects and users.
  • Research-driven mindset with a track record of end-to-end user research.
  • Strategic thinking to create innovative user experiences aligning user needs, business objectives, and technology constraints.
  • Experience in designing for Web, Desktop, and Mobile Apps, including wireframing for Virtual Reality.
  • Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping software.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Keen eye for visual design, user-system interaction, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively, problem-solve effectively, and stay updated on UI trends and technologies.
  • Self-sufficiency and collaboration skills within a team setting.
  • Experience in gauging technical feasibility and working iteratively with customers.
  • Strong product mindset, preferably from a product-focused background.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's to Advanced Degree in Design or relevant certification from a distinguished design institute.
