Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Enrollment Counselor to join our team and assist in recruiting students for our 6-month vocational courses. As a Student Enrollment Counselor, you will play a key role in promoting our programs, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our vocational training initiatives and ultimately enhance the employability of our graduates.


Responsibilities :


  • Student Outreach and Promotion:
  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions, to reach out to potential students.
  • Promote our vocational courses and highlight their benefits, including increased employability, practical skills development, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach activities to raise awareness about our programs.
  • Consultative Advising:
  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective students to assess their interests, career aspirations, and educational needs.
  • Provide personalized guidance and information about our vocational courses, curriculum, and enrollment requirements.
  • Address any questions or concerns raised by students and offer solutions to help them overcome barriers to enrollment.
  • Application and Enrollment Support:
  • Assist students with the application process, including completing forms, gathering required documents, and submitting applications.
  • Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of enrollment steps and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrollment process, from initial inquiry to course registration.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students, parents, guidance counselors, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for students, offering encouragement, motivation, and support as they pursue their educational goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students.


Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment activities in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports on enrollment metrics, conversion rates, and student demographics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data analysis to inform recruitment strategies and optimize enrollment processes.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, counseling, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet enrollment targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with education systems, vocational training programs, and employment trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
