Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at The Digital Pathshala located in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Join our dynamic team as an Admission Counselor and be at the forefront of shaping the careers of aspiring digital marketers. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to guide prospective students through their educational journey and empower them to achieve their professional goals.
Responsibilities:
Counseling and Guidance: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, understanding their career objectives and recommending suitable digital marketing courses that align with their goals.
Application Support: Assist students with the enrollment process, providing guidance on application requirements, deadlines, and any necessary documentation.
Follow-Up and Conversion: Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to address questions, alleviate concerns, and ultimately convert inquiries into enrolled students.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process and beyond.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to student recruitment and enrollment, providing insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Passion for Digital Marketing: Genuine enthusiasm for the field of digital marketing and a desire to help others succeed in the industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with prospective students.
Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment roles is preferred.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
