Job Summary:As a Regional Sales Life Insurance, your primary responsibility is to sell life insurance policies to individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining different policy options, and helping clients choose the right coverage to meet their needs. You will build long-term relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:1. Plan all strategies across area for onboarding channel partners/affiliates/connectors.2. Educate clients on the different types of life insurance policies available and help them choose the most suitable option.3. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets.4. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.5. Identifying new business opportunities within the region.6. Training and supporting sales agents or representatives.7. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.8. Meeting with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.9. Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.10. Collaborating with other departments such as underwriting and claims to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Results-oriented mind-set with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
