Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals in promoting and selling Aimil Pharmaceuticals' Ayurvedic products. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and providing sales training and support to the team.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Ayurvedic products
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in Ayurvedic or herbal product sales is a plus
