Kaufman Rossin is seeking an Account Payable Executive to join our dynamic team in India. They will be responsible to provide accounting support for the Accounts Payable department. The ability to quickly learn standard accounting programs and the willingness to perform a variety of administrative support tasks are essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
How You’ll Contribute:
Download and organize AP invoices from Asana
Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with financial policies
Enter AP invoices into BC365 with proper general ledger and dimension coding
Reconcile vendor accounts when needed
Process online bill payments post-approval
Process monthly reports (BD/Seminar Travel/RAS Contractors/Others)
Maintain vendor files
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What Skills You'll Bring:
Work Experience in accounts payable with US accounting standards
Minimum Qualification required is commerce graduation, BCom
